Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 30, 2026 · Last updated: April 30, 2026

SP Beauty PKG ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit spbeautypkg.com (the "Site") or interact with our forms and services.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

When you submit a Contact Us form or a trade-show meeting request, we collect:

  • Identity and contact details: first name, last name, email, phone number, job title, company name, country, state/region, city.
  • Inquiry details: product interest, units / order volume, project description, preferred meeting date and time window, party size, and free-text comments.
  • Optional newsletter subscription preference.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our third-party providers automatically collect:

  • Usage data: pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, links clicked, file downloads, internal site searches, and form interactions.
  • Device and connection data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URL, language preference, and approximate location (city/region) derived from IP.
  • Marketing-attribution data: the campaign or advertisement that brought you to the Site (e.g., UTM parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content) and the first page you landed on.

1.3 Information from Third-Party Advertising Platforms

When you arrive at the Site from a LinkedIn advertisement (or interact with our ads on LinkedIn), LinkedIn shares limited demographic and engagement insights with us through its Insight Tag service. This may include aggregate or hashed signals about job function, seniority, industry, company size, and ad-conversion events. We do not receive directly identifiable LinkedIn account information.

2. Cookies and Similar Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, analyze performance, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. The categories below correspond to the toggles available in our Cookie Settings panel (accessible from the footer):

Category Examples Purpose Retention
Essential (always on) CSRF token, session cookie, spbpkg_cookie_consent Site security, form submission, remembering your cookie preferences. Session or up to 1 year
Analytics Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*) Aggregate site usage measurement: page views, sessions, conversions, demographic insights via Google Signals. Up to 14 months
Marketing LinkedIn Insight Tag (Partner ID: 9034362) (li_*, UserMatchHistory, bcookie), spbpkg_utm, spbpkg_landing Measure advertising effectiveness, attribute conversions to specific campaigns, and build retargeting audiences for future ads. Up to 30 days (our cookies); up to 2 years (LinkedIn)

You can manage your preferences for Analytics and Marketing cookies at any time through the Cookie Settings link in our footer. Essential cookies cannot be disabled because the Site cannot function without them. Opting out of Analytics or Marketing cookies will not stop the Site from working but may reduce the relevance of advertising you see and our ability to measure the effectiveness of our communications.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and schedule meetings, including trade-show appointments.
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services.
  • Measure and improve our marketing — including evaluating which campaigns drive qualified leads.
  • Send you the newsletter or other communications you have specifically opted in to receive.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.

4. Legal Bases for Processing (EU/UK Visitors)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with comparable data-protection laws, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Consent for Analytics and Marketing cookies and for receiving newsletters.
  • Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures for responding to inquiries, quotes, and meeting requests.
  • Legitimate interests (Site security, fraud prevention, basic operational analytics) where these are not overridden by your rights.
  • Legal obligation where applicable.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Site and our marketing (e.g., Google LLC for Google Analytics 4, LinkedIn Corporation for the Insight Tag and ad delivery, our hosting provider, and our email-delivery provider). These vendors process information under contract and only as needed to provide their services.
  • Internal teams at SP Beauty PKG (sales, marketing, operations) on a need-to-know basis to respond to your inquiry.
  • Authorities or third parties when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
  • In connection with a corporate transaction (merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets), subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

6. International Data Transfers

SP Beauty PKG is headquartered in the United States (Totowa, New Jersey). Your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States, the European Union, or other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

Where personal data is transferred outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, we implement appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the use of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. We also assess, where required, whether the recipient country provides an adequate level of data protection.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information you submit through inquiry and meeting forms for as long as needed to address your request and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping, legal, and audit purposes. Marketing-attribution cookies expire as listed in the table in Section 2. Aggregated or de-identified data may be retained longer.

We retain inquiry and lead information for up to 24 months from the date of last interaction, unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes such as ongoing client relationships or dispute resolution.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent for Analytics or Marketing cookies (via the Cookie Settings link in the footer) or for newsletters (via the unsubscribe link in any email).
  • Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
  • California residents (CCPA/CPRA): opt out of "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and request a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" preference. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

California residents may also exercise their right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information by visiting our "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" page or by contacting us directly at [email protected].

9. Third-Party Privacy Notices

The third-party services described above operate under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review:

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice (for example, a banner on the Site).
